Return Eligibility
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- Products with manufacturing defects can be returned within 15 days.
- Software, opened accessories, and clearance items are non-returnable.

- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be sent via bKash/Nagad.
Exchange Policy
We offer product exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
